Eric possesses a unique background well suited to wide variety of environments including commercial development, land development, new construction practices, residential sales, and sustainable development.
Outside of real estate, Erics professional experience includes serving as Creative Director, Marketing and Sales for BASF/EMTEC Magnetics, owner of an trade show exhibit design and manufacturing company, as well as strategic marketing and managerial positions for Bay Area tech companies Digidesign, and Apple Computer.
Eric is a designated Principal Broker at Patie Millen Group, Inc., serving a wide range of clients in the primary markets of Ashland, Talent, East Medford and Jacksonville. Eric is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the Southern Oregon MLS.
