Hello and thank you for viewing our site! A little bit about who I am and my background: I am the co-founder of The Carroll Real Estate Team and we are proud to service the greater Space and Treasure Coast areas of Florida! My wife Rachael and I have been selling real estate since 2014, and I have over 10 years of experience in this career myself. Hailing originally from Long Island, New York, my family moved to the barrier island of Vero Beach when I was a young child. I was fortunate enough to grow up in this beautiful and unique area! I am a graduate of John Carroll High School and Florida State University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in History. I have always taken an interest in people, in historic facts and patterns and storytelling, music, and travel. In my early 20's I had the opportunity to travel around the world and live in a few foreign countries like France and Chile! I met my wife here in my hometown of Vero Beach when I was 32- she had just made the move from her hometown in Western North Carolina. We also have a wonderful son who lights up our days! I have personally bought and sold Vero Beach real estate as an investor and performed hundreds of transactions for my clients. With an array of skills to employ for my clients, I offer a unique approach to accomplishing your real estate goals as a highly skilled new breed of tech savvy real estate professionals with the know-how to help a seller net the most money or to find a client the home of their dreams. Jon is a Vero Beach native. He is a graduate of John Carroll High School and Florida State University. Jon is the founder of The Carroll Home Team and has been in the business of Real Estate in Indian River County for over 20 years. He has bought and sold Vero Beach real estate as an investor and has performed many transactions for others as a Realtor. Jon brings an array of skills to employ for his clients, Fresh out of college, he started a Natural Foods company, in which he brought the company from seed round of investment to a national brand in Wholefoods Supermarkets. He is highly skilled as a new breed of tech savvy real estate professionals with the know-how to find a homes best buyer or to find a client the home of their dreams.
