A new team within the Augusta-based agency, Hoang Associates is a four-woman group led by Designated Broker Hoa Hoang.

When Hoa founded the agency in August 2013, Associate Broker Heidi Witham was the first REALTOR to come on board. Their working relationship has always been close over the years.
Not only close, but also complementary. Often, I am very, very business-focused, Hoa said. Heidi is always amazingly good with people.
While I am concentrating on working on our clients behalf, Heidi is in direct communication with them. Its a rare person whose personal skills match her acumen as an experienced REALTOR. But thats Heidi.
Sydney Burgoyne has been a key to Hoang Realtys success for the past five years. She arrived as Hoas personal assistant, and her administrative roles beginning with Licensed Transaction Coordinator have constantly expanded ever since.
Everything that goes through the office, from marketing to closings, Sydney touches, Hoa said. Thats how valuable she is. She is the go-to for everyone at Hoang Realty, and shes the first person you want on a team.
Like Sydney, Carolyn Anderson is a licensed assistant and a versatile, supportive administrator.
She is the designated technology specialist for Hoang Realty and for her team, and handles both Hoang Realty's website and the social media applications essential to the agencys marketing packages.
Carolyns a super-fast learner, a stickler for accuracy, and as pleasant a person as you could hope to meet, said Hoa.
