Suzie Parker, of Coldwell Banker, based at the Maryland Delaware beaches, is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the shore in hundreds real estate transactions. Suzie has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients needs first.
She began her career in real estate in the Baltimore metro area in 2001. Passionate about all aspects of real estate, Suzie has continued to leverage her extensive knowledge and experience to exceed her clients expectations. Suzie has a background in custom interior design, home renovations, staging, and renovating investment properties. In addition, she has spent the last 7 years working for three of the largest home builders in the country. Achieving the highest levels of success with each company.
Suzie finally made the fulltime move to the Delaware shore over three years ago after having a second home here for the prior 15 years. She was raised in the Northern Baltimore county, but her roots to the area go back generations. Suzies great-grandparents were one of the first fulltime residents of Ocean City, Maryland. Her father was born and raised in Ocean City, and she spent summers at the beach with her grandparents. She raised her son in Northern Baltimore County and fulfilled her dream of living at the beach when he graduated college.
In her free time, Suzie is a beginner golfer and a beach lover. Spending lots of time at the beach with her family and friends. She loves having a full house of family visit over the summer months. When it is not beach weather Suzie enjoys spending time golfing with her fianc Jim (who is a much better golfer and a great coach) In addition, she and Jim love to take their rescue dog Tobie out for adventures all over the shore.
Suzie feels so blessed to live where she loves while being able to help her clients fulfill their beach dreams as well. #lifeisbetteratthebeach!
