Hi! I'm Heidi from the Big Island of Hawai'i-born and raised here. After buying my first home at age twenty-one I became more and more interested in real estate and went on to build another house with my husband, gaining even more appreciation not just for the land, but also the process that goes into making a house a home. It's an involved procedure yet very rewarding. I became hooked on the process and love helping others achieve their real estate goals.
I earned my real estate license in 2005 starting out as an office assistant in a well-known national franchise company. Pulling my passion and experience together I decided to get licensed myself starting a career that I not only love, but one that allows me to assist others with one of life's biggest and most challenging financial decisions.
Before anyone ever heard of FaceTime or Zoom I'd helped all types of real estate buyers and sellers; first-timers, clients looking to upgrade or downsize, others looking for retirement properties and investors wanting to expand their portfolios. I've even helped buyers purchase 'sight unseen' without ever stepping foot on-island. If there's a will, there's a way!
But in the end, it's not just about me racking up sales, it's about my clients knowing that when it's all said and done, the paperwork completed and the keys turned over, a new chapter has begun for them and that we'll be partners in many future transactions because they were well represented with the upmost integrity.
