Trisi Andresen began her Real Estate career in 1994. Loving a challenge, she quickly became a top producer. Over time she's developed a wide range of clientele, from first time home buyers, to retirees looking for their new nest. She also enjoys working with Builders and their spec homes, and has had great success listing and selling fine executive homes. She values extra education and has earned her GRI, SFR and CNE. With a positive outlook she formed The Andresen Team Advantage in 2010.
Being raised in Southern California she enjoyed the outdoors and living close to the beach. She also loved spending time each year in Yosemite National Park at the family cabin. As she grew up she developed deep appreciation for the beautiful mountains, lakes and streams.
In the summer of 1987, Trisi, her husband and son, came to Prescott with the idea of possibly relocating there. Upon arrival, they fell in love with the charming and quaint mountain community. Knowing it would be a wonderful place to raise their son, they set their sights on relocating to Prescott, and by January 1988 they made their dream a reality.
Trisi is known for being a "people person". She listens carefully to their current needs and life situation, which has contributed to her success as a Realtor. Most importantly, she has many happy clients who have become new friends.
