She got her license because our parents were taken advantage of by one & lost a lot of money due to bad advice. Rather than be bitter, because she was, she knew she could not make a difference if she wasn't in the job. This became her, "WHY"! To prove that Realtors are, "Good, Honest, Caring People".

We had no idea that her passion would lead our real estate team, to be recognized in the top 1% in the nation for production. IT IS ABOUT YOU! What is important to you in a place to call home? The Business grew and she needed help! Julie has been with us 25 years as our admin. As her younger brother, she begged me to join up with her, as a masterful negotiator. Mom took over the books and lastly my niece, Tara, joined us in topping off our Concierge service.

Joy also enjoys her participation in bringing the arts to Coral Springs in an annual festival. In dedication to lives lost in the tragic violence at the MSD school in Parkland, she joined the memorial committee to honor the 17 lives tragically taken. And in service to her home community, she was elected to represent the residents as a Coral Springs City Commissioner, where she also served as the Vice Mayor & Mayor pro-tempore. For FUN, we enjoys Pickleball, Golf & Joy can even make a claim to a "Hole in One"! My passions are trail bike and motorcycles as well as deep sea diving and fishing!
