Hey there! My name is Kayla Walsh! I am a wife to an Army Veteran and mom to four awesome kids. We moved to the area a few years ago from Denver, Colorado, and couldn't be happier here. It instantly felt like home to my family, which after a bunch of military moves, was a welcomed feeling!
I have always wanted to do real estate. I love a good challenge and well if you know anything about Real Estate, it can be quite challenging! I love all the different aspects of it. Every day I get to do something different and that is so fun for me! I have always loved looking at homes and envisioning what my spin on it would be like. I still get to do that, but it looks a little different. Instead of thinking about spaces for me and my family, I get to dream and envision what the home would be like with my clients. I love to see spaces through their eyes.
I am also a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Veterans and their families hold a special place in my heart. After being a military spouse for 12 years and a handful of PCS moves, I knew I wanted to be a blessing to other families during what could be a stressful time. I want to offer the best service to our military families, whether active, separated or retired. I aim to provide clear communication and up-to-date knowledge of the VA Loan & homebuying process.
Buying or selling may be transactional for some, but for me, I'm here for the relationships. I'm passionate about getting to know you and your family and building an authentic relationship while making sure all your home buying or selling needs are met!
Fun Facts about Me: I will almost never turn an offer to go grab Mexican food! I wholeheartedly enjoy serving others and seeing friends WIN at anything they have been working towards. I love things that challenge me and always welcome an opportunity to learn something new!
