Brads family owned the last residential home on 28th Street adjacent to their family business, Landman Sport Center. From a young age, he began working at the boat store and spending all his free time at their family cottage on Gun Lake which cultivated a lifetime love of boats, fishing, and the outdoors.
After graduating from Western Michigan University, Brad pursued his other passion - making beer in Colorado. Brad and his wife Stacey spent 20 years living in Denver, Colorado, where Brad worked the up ranks at several breweries eventually earning the title of Brewmaster - winning seven medals at the Great American Beer Festival, he was able to immerse himself in the beer world.
When the call of the lake became too strong to ignore, in November of 2021, the Landmans exchanged their Denver bungalow for the Lake Life- making Gun Lake their permanent home. Brads family has been on the lake for generations and Brad works tirelessly as an advocate for connecting buyers with their dream homes on all lakes Michigan has to offer.
Brad is an adjunct professor in Brewing the GRCC, and when hes not showing homes you can find he and Stacey and their dog Lucy enjoying their pontoon boat.
Brad brings the collaborative approach that has been the hallmark of the craft brewing world to everything he touches. We are better together.
