Real estate was an easy choice for Alma Morgan While buying a home is the most significant investment a family will make in their lives, the individual who helps you navigate through the process is just as important.
During her time as a wedding planner, a common chat among the newly weds was their excitement and anxiety of buying their first home together. This sparked an interest in Alma to obtain her real estate license and joined the Real Estate World. Almas success in the corporate world and as a business owner provides the perfect foundation for her to be a leader in the real estate industry and help families achieve their dreams. My goal is to create a unique and elevated experience for my clients and their families, one that meets their style, personality and vision
In her time in the hospitality industry, Alma was in the role of a Catering Sales Executive for Marriott, Business Transient and Corporate Sales Manager for Hilton Chicago-Northbrook which includes precision in business-to-business sales and communication. Alma managed multiple corporate accounts and was the key individual for planning local chambers and corporate events.
Prior to this, she was the Special Events & Catering Sales Manager for Stonepine Estate Resort in Carmel Valley, California, which called for sales expertise for event space and being heavily involved in wedding planning.
Alma then opened her own company, Red Orchid Events and her time as a full-service wedding planner gave her a vast knowledge of contracts, consulting, vendor & venue selection, creative design, itinerary formation and helping families comfortably reach their goals. She has experience helping couples plan for their big day as well as Quinceaearas, bar and bat mitzvahs. This equipped Alma with cultural competency and a deeper understanding of a wide range of customs and traditions. These events ranged from intimate family gatherings to celebrity weddings in which Alma immersed herself in the familys vision from beginning to end.
Alma was born in Mexico and spent the first 8 years of her life there before moving to the states. From a young age, she had a first-hand look at a successful entrepreneur as her Mother was the owner and operator of a bridal shop for over 20 years. When she is not working, Alma is a dedicated wife, mother of four and proud grandmother!
