Deborah moved to the Hudson Valley from New York City 23 years ago with her husband Christoph and her son Emmett. After becoming licensed as a real estate salesperson in 2006 she received recognition as Rookie of the Year from Ulster Countys then leading real estate company and the following year received National Recognition for production. In 2008 she elevated her relationship to the business and become an Associate Broker.
She has been an MLS top producer and is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) while also holding the National Association of REALTORS GREEN designation.
Deborah and her husband have renovated a farmhouse in Samsonville and a 100+ year old home on Marcott Road while deepening their appreciation for all that Ulster County has to offer, they look forward to sharing the knowledge that comes from hands-on experience with clients.
After becoming an Independent Broker in 2013, Deborah opened the Habitat Real Estate Group office on Main Street in Stone Ridge in 2015 and has been coordinating sales and operations while keeping an eye on market conditions in order to better assist her clients.
On her days off, Deborah likes to garden, make art, and hike with her dog, Buster.
