I work as a Realtor as a listing, new home & buyers specialist because I have a genuine passion for all aspects of real estate! I love assisting people in this very important and sometimes complex process. Additionally, I love working in a growing community with a healthy economy and an exceptionally well educated and cosmopolitan population. When a client decides to sell or purchase a home in the area, I always enjoy guiding that person through such an exciting process - whether they are a first time buyer or a veteran home owner.
I have been a full time agent since 1999 and I am always dedicated to my clients needs. I have lived in the southeast metro area since 1982. Married in 1993, my wife and I have 4 wonderful young adult...kids! Needless to say we cover some ground in Denver and love mountain activities....Colorado is Amazing! My knowledge of Denver and helping you find the perfect location will allow you to enjoy the many benefits Denver and Colorado have to offer.
