Terri Ellerington is a life-long resident of Louisville and has had family roots in Boulder County for 4 generations. She has attended Boulder Valley Schools and even met her husband in Kindergarten. Terri graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000 with a BA in Business Management and was married two years later. She has 2 beautiful children who also attend Boulder Valley Schools. Terri received her Colorado Real Estate license in 2001 and now owns the Property Management division of Staufer Team Real Estate, professionally managing over 40 properties. She is a Louisville, CO and Heritage Subdivision Expert, and is a proud member and Volunteer for Fireside PTO, the Louisville Chamber, and community events like the Louisville Street Faire. In her free time, Terri enjoys traveling with her family and practicing yoga.
