During my 28 year corporate career with AT&T my family had to relocate 6 times. Each relocation provided a new twist or set of problems to deal with. Each time we relocated we always needed to sell a house and purchase or build a new one. I learned first-hand about the challenges that go along with real estate transactions in 7 different states and I learned how a skilled realtor can make those challenges smoother for the client. I constantly strive to bring those learning's to every client I work with. Having owned 12 homes in 7 different states (including Hawaii), I have become adept at dealing with changes and nuances that come with selling or buying a home in changing environments. After a rewarding career in telecommunications I was finally able to relocate to AZ and enjoy my life-long dream of living in year round GOLF weather! Since 2004 I have been active in AZ real estate. I have represented buyers and sellers in a variety of Residential Real Estate purchases, sales, and leasing which included: Single Family Homes, Condos/Town-homes, condo conversions, land, investment property, Furnished Vacation Homes, Golf Properties, Luxury Homes, Bank Owned Properties (REO's), and Short Sales. I also handle Residential Rentals and Leasing. Many clients today are need help in selling or buying a property and leasing another one, I can handle all aspects of those transactions and I have a HomeSmart colleague that can provide full Property Management services if that is required. My career in telecommunications provided me an excellent technological background that I constantly leverage in the Real Estate sector. I strive to stay current on all the latest technology that has become part of today's real estate industry. Finally, the pursuit of my life-long passion of GOLF has driven me to become very knowledgeable about many of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area Golf Communities for both primary, investment, or vacation property buyers and sellers.
