Arizona became my home state in 1992. I am the mother of three beautiful Daughters and have been licensed in Arizona Real Estate since 2002.
My main areas of expertise are Northern parts of Maricopa County which include, Carefree, Cave Creek, Desert Hills, North Phoenix, New River and unincorporated parts of Peoria, Surprise and Wittmann. I focus on land, custom home sales and construction and Residential Resale. I work with small builders, banks in REO, land investors and buyers and sellers in my areas. I have sold approximately 90 million in volume and counting and was accepted into the REMAX Hall of Fame in 2010.
I have worked with some of the most challenging properties in Northern Maricopa County with M & I Bank and together we successfully sold every single one of them. I am extremely passionate, focused and knowledgeable in my areas of Real Estate and I love what I do.
