One thing that is certain is that the market is always changing. Which means there is always something new to learn. The thing about real estate is that due to life circumstances, there will always be people who have to move regardless of the state of the market or economy. That's where skill and creativity can become a true asset to your client base.
I have experienced and endured many market shifts since I started nearly 25 years ago. I stay up to date on current market trends by being actively involved at our local Board of Realtors where I serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors. I am the current Director of Programs for 2021 on the Women's Council of Realtors East Central Network as well. Building relationships with other Realtors and professionals in this changing business is both necessary and important.
On a personal note~ I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering with CARE which is involved in animal rescue and I really love various outdoor activities especially those on the water such as kayaking and paddleboarding.
