Prior to real estate Eric Rose's career in the music and film industry afforded him opportunities to work with Grammy/Emmy award winning producers, directors and share the stage with national recording artists. As fate would have it, after a five year run, his career shift took him to property management in 2003. Successfully building relationships and exceeding clients goals and expectations is something that is not learned but just is a part of his make up. Listening and understanding clients needs and genuinely caring is an attribute that brings success.



No stranger to real estate Eric is the grandson of John Bert Cruz Sr. John Cruz founded Cruz Construction Company in 1943 in Massachussetts and was a prohibition era business associate of Joseph P Kennedy. His grandmother, Adelia Mendes, won many accolades and awards for volunteerism and taught him the importance of giving. Eric's mother, daughter of John B Cruz Sr. and his step father were an integral part of shaping his business sense, teaching him how to approach real estate and watching market trends. Eric at an early age was involved in the process of watching homes being built and watching keenly on how managing properties should be run at a residential or commercial level. Eric has been fortunate to be surrounded by many business savy professionals and in this industry there is always something to learn. His motto is humbleness goes a long way and life is about the decisions you make.



Eric was born and raised in Cape Cod Massachussetts. He graduated from the University of Massachussetts at Amherst with a bachelors degree in communications. While attending the University he was involved in theater and was one of the founding fathers of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity on campus.
