Aloha! I was born and raised on the beautiful Island of Oahu. After graduation, I spent 13 years working at a local hospital. Spending the majority of those years in the ICU I truly realized how fragile life is. I learned the importance of teamwork and always making the most of each and every day. While working and raising my children; I also helped start and manage a construction company.
As a partner/owner of a small business, I gained extensive skills in management, accounting, marketing, bidding, plan/permit processing, contract reviewing, union/financial reporting, payroll, taxes and so much more. We purchased investment properties and did small developments through short sales, foreclosures, and acquiring parcels of land to build on.
In 2008 some unexpected circumstances arose, the market took a shift and our company changed directions. I was offered a job at Personal Accountant Inc. where I got to work with an incredible team. We helped hundreds of small businesses set up, run payroll, manage their books, and prepared tax returns for thousands of clients. In my 10+ years as the administrative director/secretary/treasurer; I was truly blessed to share in the growth of the largest accounting firm on the West side of Oahu.
As much as I enjoyed my administrative role, I really missed being outdoors and working on construction projects. I decided to get my Real Estate license in 2016. I started with Keller Williams and in 2018 I moved over to eXp Realty. My "hanai" sister Michell and I now work together dba "Island Dream Homes".
I love working with clients to find their dream homes. We have fun staging our listings adding style and character to each property. When I have spare time I spend it with my husband, our kids, family, and friends. Either working out, doing DIY projects, relaxing at the beach, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, or traveling.
