Everything went great. As a new home buyer for the first time, Rachel helped me out and gave me some insight on what I needed to do to close. Inspections and all the other stuff. Rachel was actively showing me places that I just did not like. We made ends meet on a place I was hesitant to make an offer on. Completely satisfied at the end of the day. I honestly couldn't imagine a more streamlined sequence given how I farm, and this stuff has been back burner stuff for me. So the experience was a 100% positive. I've just been absolutely busy.
