Frankie is an absolute gem of a person and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first-time home buyers and Frankie was kind, patient, informative, and always had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process of finding our home. I cant quite put into words how fantastic Frankie has been.
I have both bought a house and sold a house with her. When buying a historical home, she walked us through each step, helped us think of anything we hadnt thought about, and more importantly she made sure we were fully protected. When selling - I just never realized how much work was to sell a house - she was amazing to work with, from the navigating of open houses and house showings to negotiations and repairs, she really made a super stressful process effective and manageable. She goes above and beyond and generates great foot traffic, really impacting our chances for a quicker sale. Between the professional pictures, virtual tour, social media activity and her reputation, we could not have sold that house without her.
