Joe is an extremely dedicated and hard working agent. He hosted the Open House himself and participated in all of the showings. It was nice to know that he took the honor of selling my lifelong home, seriously. It was hard to let go after being in the house for over 40 years. Joe was always available to answer any questions, day or night, and always kept me up to date with all showings. He even helped me with some yardwork! He was committed to selling my home and did so within the first month, for asking price. 5 stars all the way!
