I first met Andrea when she came to our home to do an appraisal . I should note that I had 3 other Realtors come in too and they all knew I was going to choose one among them. I listened to their reasons for pricing and what they would be doing for the price. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and determined she would do the same job as the others that were going to charge me a lot more.
