I cannot rate her market expertise or negotiations skills. But what I can state is that she helped my wife and sister complete a transaction ina probate court on a house. She did not send any documents to my wife as requested. Failed to attach documents and when requested. It was a referral because I am a realtor. She didn't respond. She is a friend of my wife's sister and it appears only communicated to her and the courts. Unprofessional in my opinion

I would not recommend doing business with her if multiple parties are involved.
