He took our wish list and provided many options to review. He went to some of the candidate houses and provided us with video tours. He worked around our schedule so we could tour with him in person when we came into town.
Once we made an offer, Jon led us through all of the tasks needed to complete escrow and worked with the seller's agent when necessary. Once we closed, Jon continued to work with us to get the hand off complete.

Most professional and hardworking person Ive ever met, he was in a different country at one point and still made me feel like a priority. I am a naive first time home buyer and Jon was patient with all my questions no matter how stupid they were. He gave me a lot of good advice on what to look for when visiting homes and what to look for when finding places online.
