Niki was a delight to work with. We are three time zones away, which required a lot more of Niki in our search for a lake home than would be the norm. Besides making videos of walking around the house, she went so far as to record her feet walking in the water to show me the lake bottom. Her commitment to getting the close done on time included her taking on a lot of what was not her job to make sure the seller met our conditions. I would not hesitate to work with her again!
