There are delays on scheduling repairmen and product shortages right now and she worked hard to make sure everything got done in a timely manner. Shaun and her husband picked up my new carpet from Home Depot so I did not have to wait a week for delivery. I really appreciated that since the market was slowing down and time was of the essence in getting the house listed. And good help is hard to find right now. the owner of century 21 Shaun and Randy Steward are bullys and unprofessional. She throws fits and hangs up on people. I am a tenant and they let new tenants move stuff in 2 nights before I was go be out of the house . when I was not there. And allowed cleaners in the house to throw out my stuff and put it on the street. Needless to say the cops were called and I filed a complaint. The cops informed Shaun that its illegal and her 30 day notice does not have a specified time on it meaning I have until midnight today (according to Idaho state law)to get my stuff out. The cops told her many things shes done are completely Illegal. 2018
