My experience to have Jesse as my realtor was a greatest experience I had when we decided to purchase a vacation/retirement home in Tampa areas. Jesse was helping us with all the knowledges she has from Tampa real estate market to finding, scheduling and taking us to tour them. She helped us so much to decide which properties matched to our needs, etc. Were from Ohio and didnt have much times to visit Tampa so Jesse was willing to work with our schedules and willing to negotiate with the seller to have us from the times to tour the properties, found right one to make reasonable offer, accepted by seller to set up with home inspection afterwards until closing within 3 weeks based on our availability to visit Tampa during our vacations as well to complete the purchase of our vacation home here. We were greatly appreciated all the willingness Jesse assisted us to have our vacation home purchase a smooth process and success.
