Karen is the consummate professional, to represent both seller and buyer is a tricky business at best, and a nightmare at worst. Karen was able to make it seem effortless, and knowing that she was representing the buyer primarily, I still instinctively trusted her longstanding reputation in the industry to serve my needs as well. There is no greater test for a realtor, especially in the Wild Wild West that we find ourselves in the Panhandle, where every other realtor seems to want to be treated like a lawyer, 10,000 of them at the bottom of Coeur d'alene lake is a good start. The non-disclosure aspect of this industry lends itself to corruption and temptation to strive for the almighty dollar, rather than characterizing integrity and honor. I've been missing my support team for over 5 years now, and now instantly have retrieved a new team in the Panhandle region, so watch out! I'm back in the game, and Karen is leading the charge! Our goal together shall be to retain the essence of Idaho in all its glory, and to contain the insidious migratory pattern from you know where. Karen is the queen of gems in the Gem State, hands down. May she rule and reign over all that she surveys! And thank God that she's paying it forward by mentoring the upcoming stars in the industry, there's no better way to ensure the new generation of Realtors, who could possibly replace all the yahoos that currently peddle their wares in this area within the decade.
