Their tireless work, outstanding job on the acquisition of our property and the exceptional building of our forever home will not go unrewarded! Communication is key and the entire crew went above and beyond staying in constant contact with suppliers, subcontractors and us, the clients, for that we say Thank You!
Keith is not only an excellent home builder but one of the truly most compassionate and caring people we have ever encountered. His professionalism and ability to complete a job on schedule during the toughest of times is superior to others we have worked with. Keith does not cut corners, nor does he leave one stone unturned! As with any home building job there are bumps in the road and he moved heaven and earth to facilitate the finalization of our dream home.
I dont believe we have enough adjectives to describe the appreciation and admiration we have for Keith, Josh, and Michele. We are in our home after a long year and could not be happier nor more grateful to the Litz Custom Homes and Michele Posey.
Michele's professionalism made my homebuilding experience with Litz Custom Homes exceptional. She was responsive answering my many questions throughout the process. Building a home can be stressful but her calm demeanor and helpfulness minimized the stress. More than a year after I moved into my home Michele continues to check-in to see how things are going. It's hard to place a review for a realtor of their ilk; I put them under similar jobs like a pawn shop owner, lottery store owner, or Ponzi scheme. A realtor's job is to pretend to be your friend while they drive you around to see houses. I have owned over 5 homes throughout my life and have never known them to be different. They usually do as little as possible while collecting massive percentages of the final purchase price while doing little to help. The standard process is to get you under contract, so you are locked in, and they can ignore your calls, not respond to emails, and generally do as little as possible. Michele came in on the tail end of a purchase we made from Litz Homes, so she can't be blamed for all the bad customer service we got from Julie Cronan. However, nothing changed when we had to work with Laurie Hasenei and Michele. I remember how nauseated and anxious we felt when getting emails from her.
We always knew that it would be some nasty, disrespectful email that we had to wait days and weeks for. We felt so taken advantage of and lost because we had no choice. After all, it was the only house that met our needs. She walked away with over $30,000 from Keith Litz from that sale; I wonder if he knew how she treated us. Our friend had to have her as the buyer and seller of their house. We used to have a nickname for her; we would call her "FIFTY K" because this was what she would make of selling their home and purchasing their new one. I watched how they experienced the same lack of care and would ignore them for weeks. She did as little work as possible, just as we experienced. Our realtor Ross Simone from the same REMAX office, was the first experience where I felt he actually cared. At one point, HE had to come out of pocket for something the million-dollar builder refused to do, and Michele failed to follow up on. Buying a home is emotional as it is the biggest purchase any family will make in their life. The death of a family member, the birth of your children, and the purchase of a home are emotional events that you remember forever. The difference between a good realtor and a bad one is the ability to understand this and treat this event as such. With today's technology and access to the housing market, try to sell or buy your own home to avoid this horrible experience and make real friends. 2021
Michele has to be the best realtor in the area! She helped me look for and find the perfect forever home over a 3+ year period that included through the craziness of the pandemic. She even helped me navigate through selling my previous home in less than 30 days. Her dedication to her job and clients and her genuine efforts on their behalf is above and beyond expectation. Wow , what can I not say about Michele!!! She was such a blessing to the home buying experience for me. Helped me learn about different stuff I should know when first buying a home. Very helpful in exploring different areas and types of homes. Highly recommend 2013
