James Alpin, a buyer from Check, VA Carol and her team are an amazing crew. They saw us through the buying process of our dream home (we were looking for something specific to our needs) and were careful with every detail.
It all started with the search. My wife and I would find a home that we thought was great for us. We would call Carol to go view the home. Carol would do some research on the home and then get back to us the same day most times. She would tell us what she found especially if she thought it might hamper what we needed from the home. Things that weren't in the listing like a shared well or a property line dispute. Carol is a wealthy source of information and delivers the information without pretense. She wants you to be happy in the long run.
Once we found a home, Carol and Janice (her secretary) were in touch with us many times per week. Always providing information and guidance to make the buying process as smooth as possible. They kept us informed of what was happening on the sellers end and kept us on track on our end. They were always patient and kind but "nudged" when they needed to.
Closing finally came and everything went smoothly.
