Gene Moreland is the best! He is a great Realtor because he is patient, polite, and always ethical. His knowledge of the market, of negotiating skills, his tact and experience, and all the time and work he puts in after an accepted offer are amazing. I was the buyer, and naively thought that once the offer is accepted, it's a done deal. No, actually, that's when he really goes to work! He was there at every inspection, asking questions and getting me information. His choice of home inspector was top-notch: Matt was extremely thorough and gave me lots of advice about how often this should be serviced, maybe get that inspected every other year, etc. When the inspections were completed, all my questions had been answered. Gene also has great communication skills, I so appreciated that when things popped up that needed handled, he was always ready for it with solutions and choices for me to make.
