Finding the right house in the Sheridan area was challenging and seemed hopeless; however, once the right house was found Lynette did everything possible to get the house for us. She had an offer written up the same day we found the house. She acquired all the important information concerning the private well on the property. She had home inspectors ready. She had a banking associate on standby. She stood though on the negotiations and when the appraisal came back she didn't give up any ground. We got a better deal than our initial offer.
