I had the pleasure of working with both Andrea and Michael for the past 16 months and it was only 16 months because i am extremely picking and they never forced me to look at or settle for anything that they knew i didn't like or made me uneasy. They were realistic with me considering this market that we are in but never forceful. I first started with Andrea, who is amazing in her own right and then later with Michael whenever I wanted to look at properties that Andrea wasn't licensed to show. The of 2 of them together are absolutely a power couple in the real estate industry. They have a ton of knowledge and could walk into a house and immediately see and speak to the potential of home based on what i was looking for. Aside from their professional talents that they are both genuinely good people and were absolutely a joy and a pleasure to work with. Michael and Andrea have gone above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of our Middletown home. Their dedication from start to finish goes unnoticed!! From having a professional photographer come out and take pictures to making sure our buyers were on track to get the Clear to Close! If I had to describe my family's experience with working with the Haritos, I would say "God Sent". When we started working with them there was still significant work that needed to be done. Despite my slow communication and ALL of the other unfortunate moving parts Michael and Angela, the dynamic duo were more than patient, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and outcome oriented. Even with me trying to control the narrative and the outcome, when it was clear that I had lost complete control, they did not get upset, they did not let us give up, but they stepped right in to fill the gap and get this transaction over the finish line AND most importantly, it did not drastically increase the timeline.
Ultimately, my family is so grateful for the Haritos and from now on, they are my GO TO realtors. Period! And guys I promise, the next transaction will be way easier.
