Beth was simply amazing when we used her to sell our home. She was our buying agent when we purchased the house and is familiar with the area. We are living overseas now so Beth arranged everything! She was communicative (which was key for us) with emails, phone calls, and whatsapp messages. She arranged for professionals to fix small issues before going on the market. Her recommendation on the list price was spot on. She did open houses and private showings. She even shoveled the snow from the driveway! We signed up with Beth Rohde Campbell during the pandemic to sell our Seacoast New Hampshire house under difficult circumstances, as we were living on the west coast and could not return to be present for the process.
