Deb did an outstanding job as our realtor. She is professional and knowledgeable. She did a good job negotiating the price and even better renegotiating after problems were noted in the home inspection. She is so proactive that she contacted contractors to provide us with costs for dealing with the problems. Deb will provide good advice during the buying and stay on top of all the many details.
