I am so disappointed in my experience with Gina. I emailed her about a rental property last Wednesday and she let me know that she was available for a showing on Saturday at 11 or one night during the week. I let her know that Saturday would be perfect and thanked her. So, Saturday rolled around and I did not hear from her. She never showed up to the property, did not call or email, and has still yet to respond to my numerous calls and emails. Any professional realtor would have reached out to let me know something came up, but not Gina. I understand if finding tenants for rental property is not the biggest money maker but we still should have been given the curtesy of a simple phone call. I hope this is a lesson to her in common decency.
