Although we had 3 top agents contact us, Susan contacted us immediately, set up an appointment within hours of the call, and demonstrated to us that she was knowledgeable about the area and the market in the area. Susan was on the same page, as anxious to sell our property as we were and totally understood our position. She knew we wanted the property to go on the market priced right and the ease of the sale demonstrated that she knew what she was doing.

Even though we had a signed contract within 2 days of putting the house on the market, Susan still went ahead with the open house just in case something went wrong.
