Sandi Denny was excellent! She really did listen to our needs and she did not push us into looking at properties that did not meet our criteria. When we did see our house on the daily email she had no qualms about meeting us at the house that night (Friday) at 8 pm because that was the soonest we could get there but we didn't want to wait. When we did get to the house the lock box was malfunctioning and the listing agent was from Millersville. Rather than make us wait until they could come over the weekend and repair the box, she persisted with the lock box management company and stayed on them until she was able to get us in the house. She then made time (several hours) for us the next day to do the contract. Both of these days and times were last minute and unexpected and at NO time did she make us feel like we were not the most important thing in the world to her. Sandi has a great sense of humor and was extremely easy going, even when our children hid in a closet and jumped out to scare me but got her instead! Sandi was referred to us by our daughter and son in law who purchased a home with her last year. Since we began working with her, I referred a co-worker to her who is now working with both Sandi and her daughter Jessica. I can honestly say that since our purchase was complete I have missed talking to Sandi as we really did enjoy our time with her. Sandi walked me through every aspect of buying a new home. She was organized when it came to showing me houses. She listened to my needs and wants and put together a list of homes that met those criteria. Because of that, we wasted no time looking at places that didn't meet my needs. The drive up to Columbia was long and traffic wasn't always the best, but she didn't seem to mind taking me there as many times as necessary until I found a place I loved.
I don't believe I could ask for a more attentive, patient, friendly and professional agent. Our friendship didn't influence the professionalism she maintained throughout the entire house buying process.
