I originally tried contacting two others realtors before Jill. The first one never replied and the second didn't try to get into contact with me until about two weeks after Jill. She was quick to get back to me.
Jill was informative about contractors, what kind of wood and cabinets were used in the home. what would meet our needs and would be close to a good school and have a fairly easy commute to my husband's job. She would point out areas that might need updating, if their was wear that was hard to see over video since we checked out houses via messenger. She knew where we wanted our payments and what type of neighborhood we wanted and I felt she heard what we were asking and found us homes to match. If I had questions about how to negotiate for the house and closing cost she was helpful and confident.
