We had talked to Lexie for months as we were back and forth if we wanted to sell our home. The was open and honest with us from the beginning. We knew what to expect through the entire process. When we finally decided to list we came up with a listing strategy that met our needs as well as the needs of potential buyers. As soon as the listing went live we had showings scheduled the next day. We then accepted a full price offer the following day. Closing was 4 weeks later and it was one of the smoothest experiences we went through. It was a lot smoother with a great flow than when we bought the house originally.

This was my first time working with a real estate agent and to make matters worse the house was in bad shape and I was living out of state and constantly traveling. Lexie was recommended to me by my brother. I'll admit I was a little apprehensive because of the uncertainties surrounding working with someone you don't know and the negative stories I've heard of real estate agents just trying to sell you anything. Oh boy were all of those preconceived judgments expunged by Lexie. From the time we met to today she's been friendly. I really liked the fact she's thorough in her communication and keeping me up to date on the progress, especially through the many obstacles faced from the time an offer was made until closing. This gave me added comfort being out of state. She also gave me solid advice on inspections, back fees and payments, insurance, etc. Although it was my first experience and I don't have anything to compare to I will say overall, I'm satisfied!
