I would give Eugene 10 stars, not five! If it wasnt for him, we would not have been able to get this offer accepted. We were going up against four other offers. It was his perseverance and tenacity, Not to mention his vast knowledge, that got us our home. He is the best of the best, I could not recommend him more highly. If youre looking for an agent that will go to bat for you and get you your home, Eugene is the man! In this market, you need an agent that will protect you in every circumstance, you need to have an agent that has your back. Eugene told the other listing agent, that they had till 12 midnight do you accept the offer or we were backing out at 11:58 PM he received a fax with an executed contract from the agent and the sellers. That is how you get things done in a tough market.
