Failed to return over 12 phone calls, messages, multiple emails, texts, after showing a rental property to my wife. We both attempted to follow up and engage with her regarding the property and application details. Our attempts to communicate with her regarding the lease application and deposit were ignored. Oddly, she advertises 24x7x365 access to her.
I am concerned she perhaps didn't view my wife's profile to her liking. When I finally called the main office and was transferred to her cell, asking to confirm receipt of our application, she boldly lied to me stating our application was reviewed yesterday afternoon with all other applications and the owners decided on another renter application. Hmmmm....we did not turn in our application until the evening they supposedly reviewed our application. Our credit, means and professiinal positions more than qualify for the property viewed.
Shame on you Stacey Schultz! I would think Keefe Real Estate would have more professional agents representing their firm. Thanks for wasting our precious time, next time tey being open amd honest with people vs. hiding and telling lies.
