I would not work with this realty company or Jeff. Jeff stepped in to assist when another realtor from his company I had used for buying a property (and wanted to give a 2nd chance after failing to show up the last week before the sale) failed to show up to calls. We chatted quickly about the property fully my needs. He sent his assistant to take pictures of the condo and she was 40 minutes late arriving and took the pictures in the dark and indicated she didn't need the drapes opened and was unprofessional. Jeff called me quickly and said he came to a price for the condo and would send over the breakdown of the fees. All I recieved was the papers to sign to list the condo and to have Jeff as my realtor. I recieved no comps or discussion about the condo and how it compared to other condos on the Market. I asked for thsi information and rudely recived a text stating that the compas didn't show it to be any more money, but again failed to include the comps so I was flying blind. I finally had to tell him I was finding another realtor with the lack of information and unprofessional. He was agitated through text messages and got nasty. I would not work with him or his team and would recommend finding another realtor to work with. 2024

I was impressed with how he took the time to listen to my needs and only showed me properties that met my needs and wants, did not waste my time which I appreciated much! Mike Doner was superb and exceptional in ever sense of the word. He listened to what we were looking for in our forever home and gently kept us on track. His knowledge of the homes in the area was second to none. He was always able to tell me things I didnt know like, close to a nosy road or not the sanctuary backyard you are looking for. This insight saved our family time and energy viewing homes that would not make the cut. Mike was incredibly responsive to all calls and questions we had no matter the time of day or day of the week. He was patient and thoroughly explained all aspects of the process of buying our forever home and selling our former home. We had an amazing experience using Jeff and his team. We sold our condo and bought a family home, closing on both the same day. While it was stressful, Jeff, Tanya and Mike Doner went above and beyond to put us at ease and make sure everything was taken care of. Jeff helped sell our condo he was thorough in making sure everything was taken care of between us and the buyer. He helped get us the most money while also making sure the buyer stayed happy during all negotiations.
