Shaunda is such an amazing agent. We were referred to her by our selling agent. We were moving out of state and needed someone in the state we were relocating to. Shaunda made this process extremely seamless for us. We were in a really tight timeframe because e wanted to move before our daughter started school. We also had to make a contingent offer based on our house back home selling. She referred us to a buy back program that allowed us to make cash offers based on what our house that we were selling was worth. This came in extremely clutch for us. The first offer Shaunda wrote for us was accepted. She was honest with anything she saw. Went back and forth with the seller as needed. Helped us make decisions that we werent sure about. She was also detailed showing us the house over video since we werent in the state. Theres no way things would have worked out as perfectly for us if we had a different agent. Shaunda is professional and is not a weekend warrior realtor. This is her full-time profession and she takes it seriously. I appreciated her market knowledge and negotiation skills. This is my second time purchasing a property with Shaunda. She is extremely knowledgeable, worked diligently and professionally with a difficult sellers realtor. She follow through with all parties throughout the entire process even after the closing when the sellers realtor was trying to create issues that didn't exist (seller's realtor got mine mixed up with another property).
