Fridge was un-repairable and the oven required a $8 self install part that's purchased at any hardware store that I was willing to ship to her. nShe went off demanding that I return to install it. I calmly replied again that it is a self install part. She demanded once more. nI realized communication wasn't working so As I proceeded to walk out at this point the client slammed the door on me injuring my back and head. nDespite witnessing all of this, rather than condemning her clients behavior carol algeretti actually SUPPORTED it by writing negative reviews about me and my business.
