In the final days before closing, we were travelling out of the country so Jane worked with the Title Company and the Bank to come up with alternate and mobile closing processes. She also suggested Power of Attorney process as a failsafe in case we had problems with the mobile closing and title company in Dallas, Texas. We were able to close on time and complete the process using electronic signatures and e-mail scans even though we were not physically present. I don't think of Jane as just a real estate agent, she's actually looking out for people 100%. In my eyes that's like having a friend. Jane's tension to details far exceeds anybody I've ever seen in the realty business. She make sure that my best interest is in her mind, looking at details in the house and pointing them out whether they're bad or good. Making sure contracts are written properly covering all bases and trying to save you money. Her professionalism is over the top. Dressed nice, verbally communicating yourself in a professional manner and always timely either in answering phone calls emails or meeting you at a residence. Jane is a home closing machine! Every time I spoke with her I was amazed at her knowledge of the processes, individuals working with us, and quickest way to get results. She was constantly on the phone with the third parties making sure they were doing their jobs to get me my home. While I rarely feel that people in this type of situation earn their commissions, my loan originator especially, I truly feel like Jane earned every bit she got due to her work ethic and attitude towards the situation. Even when things were not working out she was sure to alleviate any concerns with the seller and immediately pulled blame away from me, she certainly had my best interests in mind.
I met Jane on one occasion looking at a home she had listed and from then on she had me receiving home listings that met my criteria until I found the one! She was the only realtor that did this for me so I was more than happy to use her where I could.
