Pam was an excellent transaction broker for us. This comment is made with some bias as this is the first broker we have ever worked with. We were a somewhat difficult buyer as we were buying outside of our current state of residence. As an active duty service member, we requested to view the house and Pam contacted me the same day. Pam also set up a viewing the same day. Even though Pam had a booked schedule she made time for us on Her Sunday knowing we needed to report back to my duty station by Tuesday. She was professional in all interactions but approachable and comfortable to talk to. She did not talk down or belittle us for not knowing anything about the home buying process and answered all of our questions. Her knowledge of the local area is evident by the fact that everyone knows her.

Great staff! I wish the price of the home was less but We wanted the house and made our best offer up front. No sense in haggling for the perfect house.
