I dont know how to begin, theres so many kind words to say about Cathie! I have worked with Cathie a few times and no matter the length of time between working together she treats me like her best friend. I trust Cathie with anything, she has never failed me. She will work with you, advocate for you, even be a shoulder to cry on with stress, or a friend to celebrate the success of selling/buying a home. I recommend Cathie to anyone who will listen and tell people they are nuts if they choose anyone else. I have moved out of state but you can guarantee that if/when I move back to Kentucky Ill be calling her first thing.
When mom passed away we needed to list her house. Being out of state we were not sure what the market was like down there or who to contact. Cathie was recommended to us and she knew the area well and was helpful and honest. She came and looked at the property, told us what needed to be done in order to get the best price. Then she also recommended contractors that she was familiar with who helped us get the property ready to sell. Cathie told us what to do to stage the home and walked us thru each and every step of the process. In the end the property sold in just a few days and for more than asking price.
Cathie is the most Efficient and knowledgeable realtor out there. Weve sold two houses with her now and both transactions have been smooth and easy. She answers any questions you have making it a no stress situation. You cannot go wrong choosing her as your realtor. The only thing Im sad about is I have no more to sell!
