I'd looked at houses with a couple of other realtors before I looked with Pam, and had poor communication, late shows to appointments, and felt they had no interest in advocating for me. So when Pam and I lucked out and I found a house that worked for me on our first day viewing properties, I didn't have high expectations that she'd be too engaged after the offer stage. n nI was utterly wrong, Pam was amazing - she communicated like a champ, kept me on track, sensed when I was stressed about issues with the lender and called to talk it out with me, answer questions, and made things go smoothly. n nDuring inspection she automatically picked up my slack and asked for details about some important things when I'd gotten overwhelmed and was just nodding and saying mmhmmm to the inspector. As a female buying her first home solo, I am well aware she stepped up and made a big difference in my understanding and ability to negotiate. n nAlthough I hope I'm staying in this house for a long time, I've worked with a number of realtors over the last 25 years and this has been the best experience so far, and I'm happy to recommend Pam and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
