I had an awful experience with Candace Fuqua. I attended an open house for a Decatur rental home on 6/13/2021, and was met with an unnecessarily discourteous, curt, and arrogant attitude. When I told her my name, she responded with Okay?. I was completely ignored as she conversed with a Caucasian family also in attendance. She never even bothered to introduce herself or show me around the property. I have not experienced such deplorable behavior from a real estate broker in my life and did not know what to make the situation. I left the property insulted and completely turned off from her and Avenue Realty. If I could rate my experience a 0 out of 5, I would. 2021
